Anti-government protesters and bystanders flee as riot police fire tear gas to stop protesters from gathering, in central Dakar, Senegal Friday, Feb. 17, 2012. Anti-government protesters and police clashed for a third consecutive day Friday, engaging in running street battles of rock throwing and tear gas in the streets of Dakar's downtown Plateau neighborhood.
